I am really sad to say this mag has taken a tumble n quality since august 2013. It used to had great writing and exception images to look at, but now, they compress the issues so badly (from more than 200 mb an issue to less than 100 mb now) that dithering degrades the images as soon as you try to zoom in. The new app heralds a change in ownership which explains the drop in standards. I feel cheated out of my money because I paid for a high quality mag and now, half of my subscription will be unenjoyably crappy. Not renewing.
I have been a digital subscriber for a year and a half. And the magazine is excellent. But this latest rendition of the app. The app is unstable. Crashing multiple times. I was trying to read offline, the main reason for downloading. And then I was locked up and told that I required an internet connection, not so easy on a long haul flight. Please update the app soonest.
App barely works never mind asking user to pay $5.75/issue!
The aplication constantly either crashes or not responding. Numerous updates didnt solve these problems. The magazine is very interesting but after spending money on it I struggle to read it. I already reported it to the apple as my purchases I couldnt open. IPad Air.
